01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and jijibat (hereinafter "jijibat", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the jijibat website at https://jijibat.net, including all subpages, services, features, casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, bonuses, and account functions available therein.

By accessing the jijibat website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand every clause, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jijibat platform and close your account.

jijibat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms regularly. The effective date and version number at the top of this document indicate when these Terms were last updated.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jijibat's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the binding legal relationship between you and jijibat.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register a player account and use the jijibat platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jijibat operates a strict 18+ only policy without exception. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited, and any account found to be held by an underage individual will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in that capacity). Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Opening an account to manage funds or place bets for another person is prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of, or attempting to access jijibat from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jijibat or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have an existing jijibat account that has been suspended, closed for cause, or subject to a self-exclusion order. Only one account per player is permitted.

jijibat reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on jijibat — including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, sports betting, and bonuses — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active jijibat account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jijibat uses automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings forfeited, and jijibat reserves the right to confiscate any balance held within duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jijibat account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. jijibat will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jijibat support at [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false name, a false date of birth, or a false address — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held within the account. jijibat reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time and to request supporting documentation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jijibat may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or as part of routine compliance checks. KYC verification may require the submission of one or more of the following documents: a copy of a valid National Identity Card (NID), a passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a screenshot of your bKash transaction history). Players who fail or refuse to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a formal request may have their accounts suspended and pending withdrawals held until verification is completed satisfactorily.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jijibat are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jijibat supports a range of local payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers, as well as international payment methods including Visa and Mastercard where available.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on jijibat is ৳500 BDT per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's account. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though jijibat reserves the right to set individual player deposit limits for responsible gaming or compliance purposes.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's jijibat account instantly or within a maximum of five minutes under normal operating conditions. Deposits made via bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and others) may take up to one business day to appear in the player's account. jijibat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one hour during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours are processed at the start of the next business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

To be eligible for a withdrawal, players must have completed all applicable KYC verification requirements and must have wagered their deposit amount at least once (1x) before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements of the bonus claimed. jijibat reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

4.5 Player Funds

jijibat holds all player funds in accounts that are separate from the company's operational funds. This means that your BDT balance is not used to fund jijibat's operations and is protected in the event of any financial difficulty affecting jijibat. Deposits are held in trust for the purpose of gameplay only and may not be used by jijibat for any other purpose.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

jijibat offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed, which terms are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a jijibat account and make a qualifying first deposit of ৳500 or more are eligible to receive a 100% match bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000 BDT. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's account within minutes of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds — including the welcome bonus and all other promotional bonuses — are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page, standard wagering requirements apply. Players must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (as stated per promotion) across eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds. Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate toward meeting wagering requirements; a full game contribution table is available on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jijibat reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or close any account where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus under multiple accounts, using low-risk or balanced betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, and any other behaviour that jijibat determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute an unfair exploitation of a promotional offer.

5.4 Promotional Changes

jijibat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players only and are subject to availability. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its modification will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of opting in, to the extent that such terms were more favourable.

06 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

jijibat is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gambling environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jijibat platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may have funds confiscated and winnings voided.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Using false identity information, stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting any material fact in connection with your jijibat account or any transaction.
• Collusion: Communicating or cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker room, or sports betting market available on jijibat.
• Automated Play: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between jijibat's odds and those of other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using the jijibat platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their illegal origin. jijibat cooperates fully with relevant authorities in any anti-money-laundering investigation.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your jijibat account, or accessing or using another player's account.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void and will be reversed.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jijibat staff, support agents, or other players.

jijibat uses a combination of automated detection systems, manual review, and third-party compliance tools to monitor for prohibited conduct. Any determination of prohibited conduct is made in jijibat's sole discretion and is final. jijibat will not be held liable for any loss incurred as a result of the suspension or closure of an account where prohibited conduct has been identified.

07 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the jijibat website, platform, software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content, and other materials (collectively, "jijibat Content") are owned by or licensed to jijibat. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jijibat platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any jijibat Content without the express prior written consent of jijibat.

Game content available on jijibat — including games developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other third-party providers — is licensed to jijibat by those providers and is subject to those providers' respective intellectual property terms. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is a violation of both these Terms and the relevant provider's intellectual property rights.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jijibat and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or any other commercial loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the jijibat platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if jijibat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jijibat's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your jijibat account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jijibat does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While jijibat makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accuracy of information, temporary outages, maintenance windows, and technical interruptions may occur. jijibat will not be liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your jijibat account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a clear written request for account closure. Upon receiving a closure request, jijibat will process any eligible pending withdrawal of your remaining balance and close the account within five business days. Note that accounts cannot be closed while a responsible gaming self-exclusion is in effect — in those cases, the self-exclusion period governs.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by jijibat

jijibat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons (including but not limited to):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Account identified as a duplicate of an existing account
• Account held by a person under the age of 18
• Player placed on a self-exclusion register maintained by jijibat
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligation requiring account closure
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant)

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. jijibat will notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying a dormancy status. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 BDT may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs, provided the balance is sufficient. Once a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting [email protected].

10 Responsible Gaming

jijibat is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to players across Bangladesh. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that all players can access directly from their account settings, without the need to contact support.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a waiting period; increases require a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure pop-up reminders at set intervals (30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours) to monitor the duration of their gambling sessions.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, the account cannot be used for any gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who need a longer break may request self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration selected and must be submitted to [email protected].

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to your name, date of birth, address, email address, mobile number, payment method details, device identifiers, and gameplay activity.

jijibat uses personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, bonus administration, responsible gaming compliance, fraud detection and prevention, anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring, and the improvement of platform services. jijibat does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments and Governing Law

jijibat reserves the right to amend, update, replace, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jijibat will update the effective date and version number at the top of this document. Where reasonably practicable, jijibat will notify registered players of material changes via the registered email address or through a notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of jijibat following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of any other provision.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jijibat operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection. Any disputes arising in connection with jijibat shall be addressed first through jijibat's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. jijibat will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within 10 business days of receipt.
